These are the questions we could not answer from Merlin’s public pages. That does not mean the product cannot do those things. Ask them before you sign.
- Which add-ons are compulsory?
- Are extra users, vets or sites charged separately?
- What is the minimum term?
- What notice is required to leave?
- Which AI features are included in the base price?
- Can AI be left unused without losing the rest of the product?
- Can we export all client and patient records?
- Are documents and images included in the export?
