This comparison site (www.vetpracticemanagementsoftware.com) is operated by Vets Compared Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (Company No: NI741225) with its registered office at 12a British Road, Aldergrove, Crumlin, Northern Ireland, BT29 4DH.

It is a public-information comparison of veterinary practice management software. It is not a records-transfer service and it does not collect clinic-search queries.

2. Personal data we collect

• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed
• Optional emails you send to info@vetscompared.com
• Name, email, practice name, phone, message, and shortlisted products if you ask us to email your shortlist, send a correction, or introduce you to an independent adviser

3. How we use data

To operate and secure the site, understand aggregate usage, respond to support or correction forms, send a shortlist you asked us to email, and pass an introduction to the adviser you chose.

4. Cookies and analytics

We record aggregate product events on this site — filters, shortlist use, dataset downloads, and referrals from AI search. If Google Analytics 4 is listed in the site settings, that is also used. Where non-essential cookies are used, we will provide appropriate controls. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing

We may use infrastructure providers under contract, including Resend to deliver emails. If you ask us to contact an adviser, we send them your details and shortlist. We do not sell personal data.
