These are the questions we could not answer from Koi’s public pages. That does not mean the product cannot do those things. Ask them before you sign.
- Which add-ons are compulsory?
- Are extra users, vets or sites charged separately?
- Is there a documented open API?
- Which historical fields are migrated?
- Are attachments, images and invoices included?
- Can we export all client and patient records?
- Are documents and images included in the export?
